Dream Multimedia has announced two new powerful devices, the Dreambox One Ultra HD (Sat or Combo) and Dreambox Play (OTT), powered with the new Amlogic S922X processor, a 6-Core SOC, that make´s the Dreambox One Ultra-HD the fastest Set-Top-Box on the market with 53,000 DMIPS.
The Dreambox One Ultra HD, is hybrid device with dual boot, with Enigma2 and Android, equiped with Twin Sat tuner DVB-S2X or Combo DVB-S2X + DVB-C/T2, it´s also a device prepared for the internet, that supports alot of Apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Plex, HBO, Kodi, etc.
Despite the enormous computing power of the Dreambox One, it operates quietly because it has a sophisticated passive cooling system and therefore no additional fans are required.
The Dreambox One Ultra-HD can be used as a streaming server for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, as well as computers or clients, such as Android devices or other Enigma2 devices .
The Dreambox One Ultra HD can provide a media center for all home records, videos, music or pictures. Protocols supported for this purpose, DLNA and UPnP.
